Step-by-Step Process for Buying an Off-Plan Unit at MARAH Apartments

  • Selecting the Apartment Unit

    The client reviews the MARAH Apartments project, including floor plans, finishes and pricing. A discussion is held with the Jemex sales team to explain the project, timelines and availability. The client then selects the preferred unit

  • Booking and Reservation

    To secure the chosen unit, the client pays the booking fee. This confirms the reservation and the unit is taken off the market. Prices indicated are pre-launch prices and will attract increments at launch, during construction and at completion, so early booking protects the client from future price increases.

  • Signing the Sales Agreement

    Jemex prepares the Sales Agreement outlining the unit details, the payment plan, timelines and responsibilities. The client signs the agreement and begins to make payments according to the agreed schedule or construction milestones.

  • Signing Title Transfer Forms

    As payments progress according to the agreed plan, Jemex prepares the title transfer documents. The client signs all necessary forms to initiate the transfer of ownership. Any statutory fees or processing costs are communicated in advance

  • Construction and Updates

    During construction, Jemex provides regular updates. If the client requests additional features or upgrades, they are discussed, costed and paid for separately.

  • Pre-Occupation Inspection

    When construction of the unit is complete, Jemex schedules a walkthrough with the client. Any issues identified are recorded and addressed by Jemex before occupation.

  • Final Payment and Handover

    The client clears the remaining balance as per the Sales Agreement. Once payment is confirmed and inspection issues are resolved, Jemex hands over the keys and all relevant documents.

  • One-Year Liability Period

    After handover, the client enjoys a one-year liability period for construction-related defects. Jemex addresses any such issues reported during this time.
